Dear Member
When you join UKDBA by taking a membership, you agree to follow these simple rules. Please read them carefully.

1. UKDBA is a Networking Platform
UKDBA is only a platform to connect businessmen. We do not take any responsibility for money dealings or transactions between members. Every member is fully responsible for their own business and financial deals.

2. Membership Fees
- The Prime membership fee is an annual fee only.
- Extra charges apply separately for meetings, events, stationery, promotions, or advertisements.

3. Who Manages Membership
All memberships are controlled only by the UKDBA Head Office. No City ED or Chapter Director has the power to manage or change your membership.

4. Upgrading Membership
If you want to upgrade from Prime to Privilege membership, you must pay the full current Privilege fee. We do not allow merging, combining, or adjusting fees from old memberships.

5. Misuse of Member Data
Using community data for spamming, unwanted calls, or promoting MLM/network marketing schemes will lead to immediate removal from all groups and databases without any warning.

6. Behaviour Rules
- Always behave professionally and respectfully with other UKDBA members and people outside the group.
- Any harassment (mental, physical, or sexual) will result in immediate removal from the association.
- Such decisions will be taken with approval from the Head Office. All legal matters will be handled under Delhi jurisdiction.

7. Re-joining After Removal
If you are removed for breaking rules, you may apply to re-join after 2 months. The Head Office will decide after reviewing the reason for removal.

8. Unfair or Wrong Behaviour
Any member involved in unfair, dishonest, or immoral behaviour towards others will be removed immediately.

9. Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership anytime by sending a written letter on your company letterhead with a clear reason.

10. Leaving WhatsApp / Telegram / Community Group
If you leave the official WhatsApp / Telegram / Community Group without giving a valid reason, your membership will be cancelled immediately without notice.

11. Policy Violation in Regions
In areas where Privilege membership has special authority, if any rule is broken, both memberships (Prime and Privilege) will be cancelled automatically.

12. Welcome Kit
The welcome kit will be sent to the address you provided. If it is returned undelivered to the Head Office, you will need to collect it yourself at your own cost.

13. Complaints or Suggestions
For any issues, complaints, or suggestions, please email the official address: info@ukdba.in.

14.No Refund Policy
- All membership fees are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your membership for any reason, you will not get any refund or transfer of fees.

15. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime without any penalty fee, but:
- Your access to all services and benefits will stop immediately.
- No refund will be given (as per the no-refund policy).

16. Changes to Rules
UKDBA may update these terms and conditions when needed. Members must accept the new rules.

17. Final Authority
All final decisions and rights rest with the Uttarakhand Businessmen Association.

To foster collaboration over competition, specific chapters may enforce category exclusivity. Members agree to respect these boundaries and not infringe upon the trade specialization of fellow chapter members.
